Return & Cancellation Policy

Every piece in this shop is made to order — printed individually for each customer once an order is placed. For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, your print has entered production and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at shop@yianleearts.info.

Before you order
Because each piece is made to order, please take a moment to confirm your size before purchasing. All details about each piece — dimensions, paper, and finish — are listed on its product page.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo at shop@yianleearts.info, and we will make it right.

Non-returnable items
As all prints are made to order, they are considered custom products and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Refunds apply to orders canceled within the 24-hour window, and to approved damage or fulfillment issues. Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at shop@yianleearts.info.
